Most importantly, after listing your property - I WON'T forget about you! I will have a weekly activity report available for you that tracks all the showings of your property. You can be also be assured that you will be kept informed of any market changes.

When you hire me to market and sell your home, I will...

  • Help you determine the best selling price for your property, in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of inconvenience!

  • Advertise your home for sale on the World Wide Web (Internet) with many color photos.

  • Feature your property for sale on the Internet with a 360 degree Visual Tour.

  • Make your house a "Talking House"! Buyers can drive by and tune-in their car radio to listen for your property details.

  • Hold an open house, on specific Sundays, if you desire.

  • All inquiries on your property will be answered by me personally at 586-286-3283.

  • Provide you with weekly progress reports.

  • Inform you of the buyers and other agents opinion of your property are, after all showings.

  • Recommend any improvements or changes which will help sell your property.

  • Inform my fellow agents that I am selling your property.

  • Promptly advise you of any changes in the local real estate market climate. (Are prices rising or falling?)

  • Promptly present all offers to you and assist you in evaluating them.

  • Be there to assist you in negotiations and to work for your "best" interest as a Sellers agent.

  • Stay in contact with the selling agent (hopefully me), to monitor the buyers financial position.

  • Advise you immediately of any conditions which may threaten your closing.

  • Co-ordinate and be present at the settlement to assure a successful closing.

  • Use many more tools that I have found helpful in my 17 year career!
